… because I haven’t made anything worthwhile. Frustrating! But I figured I should put something up, so here are some things I’ve been fiddling with. First, a sketch of the new girl character I’m drawing to accompany Rabaa (a.k.a. “Lover”)—the heart-shaped character I created 4 years ago at RISD—just in time for Valentine’s Day. I was a little sad when Lauren (my sister) said she looked like Rabaa in drag! My mom said she needs hair, hmm… Second, some random jewels I’m cutting out to adorn type, photos, vector drawings, etc., but that’s not turning out like I envisioned either. Third, in-progress, bejeweled type studies. (More on this “UP!” business to come : )
